Taizhou Xinyu Precision Casting Co.,Ltd was built in 2006 and started the production in the Oct. of 2007. TAM registered capital is 2.5 Million US Dollars. The total land is around 20000 square meters. On basis of the fluctuant experience at the investment casting, we build this advanced machining plant to give our client a total solution at metal components.Our machines include CNC lathe and machining center. We also build our cleaning line to get a good cleanness for our parts. We are able to make the air leakage testing to achieve the pressure requirement at products.Since the beginning of production, we have been focus on building the reliable quality system which is composed of the inspecting instruments & equipments and continuous training at our stuffs’ consciousness of quality. In the July of 2009, we succeeded to pass the TS16949 audit and will get the certificate in the Oct. of 2009.We have often been audited by well-known companies who comes from different industries, especially from automotive, such like BMW, who we mainly supplied the parts for their EGR system through BEHR and BENTELER the last two years.
